Stewart Duggan is a partner with Brinson Askew Berry and specializes in the areas of labor and employment, school law, public & fair housing, and business litigation/trial work. He currently serves as counsel for the Floyd County School District and Board of Education, Unity Christian School, Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE), Northwest Georgia Housing Authority, Calhoun Housing Authority, McRae Housing Authority, LaGrange Housing Authority, Thomaston Housing Authority, Gainesville Housing Authority, Lawrenceville Housing Authority, Hawkinsville Housing Authority, Tallatoona Community Action Partnership, Inc., Harbin Clinic, LLC, and Reliable Health Care & Rehab along with its seven long-term health-care facilities. Stewart practices before state and federal courts in Georgia as a Floyd County attorney.
