Kristy L. Treadaway

Kristy L. Treadaway joined Brinson Askew Berry 17 years ago. A partner in the firm, she specializes in insurance liability defense and probate matters, and has successfully represented numerous employers and insurance companies throughout the state. Since January, 2016, Kristy has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Floyd County Juvenile Court.  Kristy and her husband, Lee, have four children: James, age 8;  Anna Kate, age 7; Luke, age 5; and Ava, age 2.
