Luke Stephenson

Luke Stephenson joined Brinson Askew Berry as an associate attorney in August 2024.

Before joining Brinson Askew Berry, Stephenson worked as an attorney at the Atlanta law firm Freeman Mathis & Gary. During his tenure there, he successfully handled a wide range of cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, and product liability.

A 2023 graduate of the University of Alabama Law School, Stephenson served as the editor-in-chief of the Law and Psychology Review.

At the University of Alabama, he was active in various legal organizations. He was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team and the Alabama Moot Court Board. Additionally, he was a member of the Order of Barristers, the Bench and Bar Society, and the Federalist Society.

Stephenson's legal experience extends beyond his time at Freeman Mathis & Gary. While in law school, he gained valuable insights and practical knowledge as a law clerk at Downey & Cleveland in Marietta and Moore Clarke Duvall & Rodgers in Tifton.
