Our partner Mark M. J. Webb retired on Dec. 31 from Brinson Askew Berry after nearly 30 years with the firm.

Webb specialized in civil litigation and successfully tried numerous cases representing both individuals and businesses. He has also assisted in successfully defending several class action suits and has authored many winning appellate briefs.

He is active in the community service including Heart of the Community, Hospitality House, Coosa Valley Cycling Association, Rome First Methodist Church, Trails for Recreation and Economic Development, Leadership Rome, Coosa River Basin Initiative, Floyd Against Drugs, Georgia High School Mock Trial, Regional Chairman and State and National Championship Judge, USTAF volunteer, RACE Rome, and Rome Children's Academy.
