William R. Richardson has been named a partner with Brinson Askew Berry, a leading Northwest Georgia-based law firm practicing regionally and throughout the state.
Richardson, who joined the firm as an associate in 2015, focuses his legal practice on corporate and business transactions, commercial real estate, and other finance areas. He also represents public housing authorities in multi-family and urban redevelopment housing transactions involving the use of public/private partnerships.

Active in his profession and the community, Richardson currently serves as president of the Rome Bar Association. He is also on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity – Coosa Valley, Inc. and is a member of the Darlington School Alumni Council. Richardson is a graduate of Leadership Darlington and Leadership Rome
Prior to joining Brinson Askew Berry, Richardson practiced in Chattanooga with Baker Donelson.
