Brinson Askew Berry partner I. Stewart Duggan conducted Board Governance Training to members of Fulton County Housing Authority’s Board of Commissioners and various directors during the housing authority’s Board Retreat held in March.

Topics included roles and responsibilities, nuances of Georgia’s Sunshine laws, and the role of HUD OIG in investigating and auditing PHAs.

Duggan represents and consults with over a dozen public housing authorities in Georgia. He is scheduled to be a presenter and speaker at GAHRA’s Spring Conference taking place in Jekyll Island in May of this year.
