Stewart Duggan, partner with Brinson Askew Berry’s Public and Affordable Housing Group, was again invited to and presented training at the Georgia Association of Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (GAHRA) Annual Conference held at the Savannah Marriott Riverfront Convention Center on Sept. 20 and 21.

Duggan trained and presented to public housing authority staff, executive directors, and board commissioners.

Duggan provided training on topics covering Landlord Tenant Eviction and Grievance Procedures, the handling of difficult evictions, updates regarding tenant-dwelling lease agreements, and service and emotional support animals in the context of reasonable accommodations.

Approximately 400 housing authority staff, executive directors, and housing authority board members attended GAHRA’s 2021 Annual Conference held in Savannah.
