Stewart Duggan, a partner with Brinson Askew Berry, presented and provided training to the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE) panel of network attorneys at the 2022 Annual Attorneys Workshop held in Atlanta on Sept. 15.

Mr. Duggan, who also serves as General Counsel to Floyd County Schools, presented on issues pertaining to teachers’ employment rights, and due process rights, within Charter School systems in the aftermath of the 2015 landmark decision involving Floyd County Schools and Gilda Day.
