Harper is one of 24 participants in this year’s leadership class. Leadership Rome, a program of the Rome- Floyd Chamber of Commerce, educates emerging and existing community leaders to become integral players in the future of the Rome-Floyd community.

Leadership Rome is a skills-building program that aims to develop emerging community leaders while providing an educational experience emphasizing social and community awareness. Upon completion of the program, Leadership Rome participants will walk away with the knowledge and skills to focus their talents on the best service to the Rome/Floyd County community.
Harper joined Brinson Askew Berry in 2022. He focuses on clients in the firm’s business, corporations, and real estate practice areas. Before joining Brinson Askew Berry, he served for five years as Associate Counsel for the Alabama Department of Finance and for three years with a top-tier regional law firm, Balch & Bingham. Harper graduated from Auburn University and from the University of Alabama School of Law, cum laude.
